The work in this project (Rehabilitation of Lock and Crescent Dam 05) required phased upstream and downstream cofferdams and dewatering to allow for concrete removal and replacement. All work access and material delivery was done by marine equipment. Associated work was performed for Niagara Mowhawk Power Corporation on an adjacent hydro plant.
