East on I86 (Rt.17) to Chemung. Take Exit 59. At the top of the ramp turn right and then turn left almost immediately. This is the entrance to the plant.

Directions from Waverly/Sayre:
West on I86 (Rt.17) to Chemung. Take Exit 59. At the top of the ramp turn left. Then take the 2nd left. This is the entrance to the plant.
