Heavy Construction Projects – Urban Interchanges

This $42,815,000 award-winning project upgraded the existing I-95/Route 50 interchange which was the cause of major traffic delays. The old cloverleaf was eliminated and three large "flyover" bridges were constructed. Also included was the widening of the existing Route 50 bridge over I-95 and the improvement of a series of connecting roads and bridges nearby.
